How do I register to vote?
You must be 18 years old and a U.S. citizen. You can register in person, by mail or at the Registry of Motor Vehicles. You will receive verification by mail after registering. The annual census is mailed every January 1, if you do not answer it your voting status will be marked inactive and you will not be listed on the active voting list. If you move within town or change your name, you must re-register with the new information. A mail-in voter registration form will be sent to you if requested.
